One of my favorite things to make the day after Thanksgiving is potpie. With "Anabolika Definition" this recipe you can use any leftover turkey and dried bread cubes you may have leftover from making stuffing. During other times of the year this recipe could be made with shredded rotisserie chicken.

I was experimenting with some variations on potpie and came up with this version that was inspired by Italian flavors. 3 cups Italian bread, cubed and stale

cup milk

cup parmesan cheese, grated

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 cup onion, diced

3 tablespoons flour

cup brandy or sherry

3 cups lowfat milk

1 teaspoon dried basil

1 teaspoon dried oregano

pound fontina cheese, grated

cup parmesan cheese, grated

3 cups cooked chicken Masterton Rentals or turkey, shredded

2 cups fresh spinach, chopped

1 14 ounce can diced tomatoes, "Anadrol 50" strained and rinsed

Preheat oven to 375. In a large bowl combine all ingredients for the crust. Masteron In Hindi Stir together completely and set aside. In a large pot melt butter, add carrots and onions and saut until soft but not brown. Add flour and "Anabolika Definition" stir until coated and a roux paste forms. Add brandy and let reduce. While stirring, slowly begin adding milk. Bring to a simmer and let thicken. Add basil and oregano. Stir in the fontina and parmesan cheese. Remove from heat and add the meat, spinach and tomatoes. Pour the filling into a large baking dish or individual 6 ounce ramekins. Top with the bread cubes and bake for 20 to 40 minutes until top is toasted and filling is bubbly. Ramekins will take about 20 minutes and a larger baking dish will be closer to 40 minutes.
